Will there be coffee available?
Yes, and it is FREE! Phoenix Roasters Coffee will be providing coffee at various locations around the venue. Look for the signs posted throughout the lobby.
What is your camera policy?
No Professional/Detachable Lens Cameras permitted. Video and Audio Taping is not allowed.
How will having two auditoriums factor into event programming?
Both the East and West auditoriums will have live event elements. Speakers and bands will be live from both stages at various times during the event.
Will food or water still be provided?
Yes! We love when attendees stay and enjoy meals onsite at the event, and there will be food for purchase from food trucks and other vendors during meal times. Should you choose to leave for lunch or dinner, there are a variety of offsite options nearby.
Water fountains are available throughout the venue, and you are welcome to bring your own water bottles to refill.
What if I am interested in bringing a group to Catalyst?
If you are interested in organizing a group for Catalyst West, our Concierge team would love to speak with you! Our team is equipped to help you build your group. We have promotional materials to help you spread the word and can even offer group discounts. What are my responsibilities concerning distribution of tickets as a group leader?
Bring your e-ticket! Please present your e-ticket onsite via your mobile device for paperless check-in. If necessary, print your PDF ticket and present it at registration on the morning of the event. Look for "Check-In Here" signs. If you're bringing a group, each person will need a copy of their ticket in order to gain entry. Each ticket contains a unique QR code, so it is essential that each ticket be passed out to those attending. All tickets for the group were sent in an email to the Group Leader.
What do I do if someone in my group cannot make it to the conference?
Catalyst event tickets are non-refundable upon purchase, but fully transferrable to a substitute registrant up to, and including, the day(s) of the event. The transfer of tickets to another attendee can be managed in your TicketSpice account by contacting a Catalyst Concierge at 888.334.6569, or at registration at the event. Upon purchase, Catalyst registrants will begin receiving exclusive Catalyst content, offers and product information via our e-newsletters. You may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by following the link provided at the bottom of each email. We will not share your email address with anyone.
I can’t find my tickets. Can you resend them?
Yes! You can follow the link below and click the “Resend Confirmation” button in the top right-hand corner of the page. A popup box will appear where you can enter the email address that you used to purchase your tickets and your confirmation email will be resent directly to your email inbox. https://catalystleader.ticketspice.com/catalystwest2020
Are tickets transferable to other attendees?
Yes. Please contact our Concierge Team at 888.334.6569 to change attendee information and ensure electronic transfer of the ticket to a new attendee. There is no cost to transfer a ticket to another attendee.
Is there a reserved seating option?
